Stephen "Garrett" Shaw to Attend Ohio Wesleyan University

Stephen "Garrett" Shaw of Vermilion will attend Ohio Wesleyan University this fall, where he will major in psychology and minor in either social work or communications.

Shaw is a graduate of Vermilion High School. There, his activities included football (two-year varsity letterman), track and field (four-year varsity letterman), Big Brothers Big Sisters, Teen Leadership Core, Peer Leadership, intramural sports, and Relay for Life. He is the son of Rebecca Shaw.

Ohio Wesleyan President Rock Jones, Ph.D., said the university is excited to welcome its Class of 2017 and to help prepare these students for life in a rapidly changing, interconnected world.
